Our first major client, our team at Kivuli worked with Zorrro to build from the ground up.
Before we started the project, Kivuli needed to understand the competitive landscape of B2B logistical solutions and B2C convenience services in the state of West Bengal. What would it take to make a business stand out in such a saturated space? The ground looked like research and many questions so we could make sure we got it right. Based on what we found, we got to work.
We began ideating, mapping features, creating user journeys, building an identity around Zorrro's core. We created a design system around the UX and UI we were aiming for and got straight into high fidelity.
Once a design direction was set, our team worked on two processes in parallel: design and development. We developed high fidelity prototypes and a solid backend simultaneously, and tested them rigorously. All that cut the development time in half but kept the product quality untouched.
Coming up to project launch, our integrations team synthesised the vision, design and function, creating a performant, scalable mobile app for Zorrro that looked beautiful too!
After launch, Kivuli's team partnered with Zorrro for maintenance and improvements of the core application. We added features and fine tuned, quickly responding to the needs of users and the market to help Zorrro stay relevant in their industry.
With the core app up and running, we began work on outreach. Our creative team led core discovery for brand and social media strategy. On what it would take to put Zorrro on the map and keep it there.
Empathy driven, we connected Zorrro's brand back to it's vision, sharing that story with it's growing userbase in a playful way.
With the brand up and running as our guide, we decided to revamp Zorrro's web presence. Design system in hand, we blended our teams to create a lightweight, performant, stunning web presence that would attract users and investors alike. It became a home base for hiring, partnering, business relationships, and Zorrro's vision.
To this day, working with Kivuli, Zorrro aims to advance their vision of being a complete logistics provider to the entire state of West Bengal and beyond.
